Software Made Easy has started a Training Program from December 2011 onwards.

This is a unique training program that will be a mixture of technologies.

We have seen most of the training institutes teach a particular topic rather than a complete solution. With such an approach, even when a trained person is absorbed in an organization, the person has to be further trained on those missing skills that will make him useful and productive.

Our trainees will be made productive from DAY 1 of their joining an organization.

There will be two levels of training, Basic and Advanced.

The Basic Level will be completed in about 3 to 4 months. It will consist of 90 hours of teaching and practical.

The course will also have real projects of websites and web applications. This will give the trainees a unique and real experience of the actual website design and application development.

Along with technologies we will also be covering the software development process, testing, coding standards and documentation.

The Basic course will cover HTML, CSS, Java Script, C#, ASP.NET, database concepts and SQL Server programming.

Advanced Level will cover these topics in depth and advanced topics involving complex websites and web applications.

There will be only 10 to 12 people per batch, resulting in close monitoring of the trainees and personal attention.

Our objective of the training is to produce good quality designers and developers.

We may be absorbing the best candidates ourselves or recommend them to our Associate Companies who are in regular need of good resources. We will be approaching MNCs for placement of our trainees after completing the training.
